Tellabs

Challenge:

Tellabs purchased a firm and had excess office space. After working with one of the world's largest brokerage firm, they still had not successfully subleased the excess space in over two years.

Solution:

Larsen Commercial was engaged to map out a strategy which resulted in successfully subleasing the space to two separate tenants. One floor was leased in only a three-month period and the remainder within the next two months.
