Software AG needed a strategy to reduce costs, increase space efficiency, and enhance morale/ productivity. It was determined that their current "campus-style" building was not the right fit for this high-tech growing firm.
Larsen Commercial interviewed and engaged an architectural firm and a project management firm to rapidly define the requirements. Following this, Larsen performed a market search and uncovered multiple “high-end class A” facilities that would satisfy Software AG’s needs. The solution selected increased their cost per square foot but their overall footprint was reduced from 120,000 sf to 70,000 sf based on the new location's building efficiencies. This resulted in a large annual savings in rental costs and provided a more ideal environment for Software AG's employees.
