Northrop Grumman (Albuquerque)

Challenge:

Northrop Grumman had a lease expiring in a building that required many cosmetic upgrades. Additionally, another location's technical-site lease was expiring. Both groups desired to locate together.

Solution:

Larsen, as project lead working in alliance with a local brokerage, conducted a search, issued RFPs, and narrowed the process to one location. We secured a new high-profile location that was ideally functional for both groups.
