Huntington Learning Centers

Challenge:

One of our long time clients purchased the franchise rights for Huntington Learning Center and needed their first local facility.

Solution:

We researched demographics relating to density, families, ages, income, schooling, etc.  A local condominium complex at a shopping center in a residential community was selected and negotiated a lease with a private owner for this tutoring center.
