Challenge:

FGM's business model changed which resulted in an underutilization of their headquarters in Reston, VA. They needed to downsize and sublease their excess space.

Solution:

After engaging Larsen Commercial and without publicly marketing the space, we identified a tenant for FGM's underutilized space and successfully negotiated a 7-year sublease that benefited both parties.
