FDC Global - Sterling

Challenge:

After five years into a 10-year lease on a 25,000 sq. ft. conditioned warehouse, FDC needed additional space. Unfortunately, FDC's direct negotiations with their landlord were unsuccessful.

Solution:

FDC retained Larsen Commercial to renegotiate their current lease and identify other opportunities that would meet their growth requirements. We helped FDC negotiate a new lease with the same landlord at a different property. As a result, FDC gained flexible renewal and expansion options and improved contributions.
