Cricket Communications

Challenge:

Secure two technical locations to service the DC  market area, with high quality power, robust fiber, and an area for UPS, generators and other technical equipment. The locations needed to be away from highways and railways and other potential hazards.

Solution:

We located two locations that met Cricket Communications' needs and negotiated leases for 10,000 sq. ft. and 20,000 sq. ft. in Dulles, VA and Hanover, MD.
