In the midst of the economy slowdown in 2012, CapitalSource Bank engaged Larsen Commercial to sublease 50,000 square feet on various floors of the Wisconsin Place office in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Larsen successfully sublet the entire block to 8 different firms.
