Rob Seidel

Mr. Seidel started his career in 1984 as a commercial broker in Dallas, Texas.  After relocating to the Washington, DC area in 1987, Mr. Seidel served as part of the team that leased the expansion and conversion of truck-tunnel space into the two-level mall today at Tyson's Corner Center.  Following that experience Mr. Seidel held various assignments in leasing until 1994 when he co-founded MasterBuilt Companies, Inc., a retail and restaurant construction company.  Mr. Seidel joined Larsen Commercial in 2008 after selling his interest in MasterBuilt back to the company. 

Mr. Seidel is the director of our retail practice, a new business practice at Larsen Commercial.  Mr. Seidel’s extensive experience in BOTH real estate brokerage, project management and construction allow him to provide invaluable expertise to each transaction.  Mr. Seidel currently represents a number of retail and restaurant tenants seeking space in the area including Pie Tanza, Red Hot and Blue, Froots and Heidi’s Brooklyn Deli.

Mr. Seidel is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Restaurant Association of Washington, DC and the board of the National Capitol Golf Classic, the local golf tournament founded by Mark Larsen to raise the awareness of prostate cancer issues among men.

Mr. Seidel’s hobbies include martial arts, general fitness, skiing and photography.  Mr. Seidel is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas.
