Mark Larsen worked with two of the nation's largest commercial real estate services firms for the first 15 years of his real estate career prior to forming Larsen Commercial in 2000: 3 years with Grubb & Ellis and 12 years with CB Richard Ellis.

Focus

For the first five years of his real estate career, Mark Larsen did general brokerage, representing both tenants and owners. Then for the next 22 years Larsen has not represented landlords, focusing entirely on corporate / tenant relationships.  Larsen's clients know that his goal is fully focused on relationships within the corporate user community.

Professional / Volunteer Organizations

Mr. Larsen is co-founder and past Chairman of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of CoreNet Global (formerly IDRC) where he served for 9 years. He is also a long-time member of the American Cancer Society’s Area Board of Directors and for the past 13 years has been the Chairman and Founding Chairman of the National Capital Golf Classic to Fight Prostate Cancer where he has helped raise more than $3 million. Mr. Larsen’s community involvement also extends to the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Fairfax group. He also serves on the Economic Advisory Commission to the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors.
