Dan Brennan joined Larsen Commercial, after completing more than 180 transactions at ProLogis, the world’s largest industrial Real Estate Investment Trust. While there, Mr. Brennan oversaw the marketing and leasing of their entire Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC portfolio of 2.5 million square feet of leased space.
At Larsen Commercial since 2003, Mr. Brennan has been involved in more than 150 tenant representation transactions including the 70,000 sf headquarters relocation of Software AG and the 100,000 sf headquarters of Network Solutions. Additionally, he has sublet more than 40 blocks of sublet space.
Mr. Brennan is a graduate of Georgetown University and an All-American Lacrosse player.
